RETURN POLICY

Please use the following PDF to complete any returns or exchanges.  Simply fill out the form with the appropriate information and include it in the package with your return/exchange.

You may return any unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of the date your order was shipped from us. 

The customer will pay the shipping cost to return any/all items.

A STORE CREDIT will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise. 

Important note: Returns / Exchanges / Refunds / Store Credit will not be honored if only for the purpose of matching your purchase price with a new sale price. 

***Purchases of Sale/Clearance & Accessory items are FINAL and NON-RETURNABLE. A full refund/credit will NOT be given for returned items marked as sale or accessories.

RETURN PROCESS

•Please download the following PDF, fill out the information and include with your return.  Download HERE

•Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags (if there is one - not all items have tags) ATTACHED. 

•The refund is issued on the date we receive your returned item(s) from you. You are notified via email that the refund has been issued.

•If a returned item is not received in its original condition, a refund will not be applied.

  

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Please make sure you review your order as soon as you receive it. If you have received incorrect or damaged items, you MUST contact us within 3 days and we will resolve the issue right away. 

Defective/ Damaged Items Process: 

•Use your smartphone or camera to take pictures of the damaged or defective area and email the images to spicychicboutique@gmail.com, including the tag (if there is one - not all items have tags) in the image to show it is still attached. 

•Indicate "Damaged" in the subject line.

•Include the first and last name on your account, order #, and product code or the name of the item.

You will receive a response from us within 24-48 hours.
